Delivery Locations
We currently deliver only within Bangalore city.
Delivery is available to most PIN codes within city limits.
You can confirm service availability during checkout.

Delivery Timelines
Same-day delivery: Available for orders placed before 2 PM IST.
Orders placed after 2 PM will be delivered the next business day.
Pre-orders & special occasion deliveries: Can be scheduled up to 30 days in advance.

Shipping Charges
Standard delivery: Free for orders above ₹999.
Express / Same-day delivery: ₹199 (subject to availability & location).
Custom delivery slots or large orders may have additional charges.
Delivery Time Slots
At checkout, you can select from the following slots (subject to availability & location):
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Important Notes
Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed during peak seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Raksha Bandhan, etc.).
If the recipient is unavailable:
Our delivery partner will attempt a second delivery, OR
Leave the flowers with a neighbor/security (as per your instructions).
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, no re-delivery will be done if the order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability.
