Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver only in Bangalore. We’re working to expand to more cities soon.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific time?
Yes! You can choose your preferred delivery slot during checkout (subject to availability).
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 5 PM IST.
What if the recipient isn’t available?
Our delivery team will attempt to contact them. If unsuccessful, we’ll try a second attempt later in the day.
Can I customize my bouquet or order a specific color scheme?
Absolutely! Just reach out via WhatsApp or call and we’ll work with you to make it happen.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive updates via SMS or WhatsApp with live tracking (coming soon).
What if I receive a damaged product?
We’re so sorry! Share a photo within 24 hours and we’ll replace it or issue a refund as needed.
Are the flowers fresh?
Always. We work directly with trusted growers and local farms to ensure top quality and freshness.
Can I order flowers for corporate events or bulk gifting?
Yes! We offer customized floral solutions for corporates. Contact us for curated packages.
Do you have midnight delivery?
Not yet — but we’re working on launching this service soon for special occasions.
