Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order.
After 15 minutes, cancellations are not possible due to the perishable nature of flowers and our quick processing timeline.

Returns
We do not accept returns for flowers, as they are perishable goods and cannot be reused or resold.

Refunds
Refunds are only provided in the case of:
Wilted or damaged flowers upon delivery.
Wrong product delivered.

To be eligible for a refund:
A refund request must be raised within 1 hour of delivery.
You must submit clear photos and order details for verification.
Refunds are not provided for minor defects, including natural variations in flower shape, size, or color.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.
